 The latest version of sharutils is 4.10. I have attached a patch for the
 Portfile.

 Other changes:

 * Added an editor modeline.

 * Corrected an issue where the prefix of "REL-" is no longer used in the
 sharutils archive directory on the mirror sites. As a result, the
 livecheck works once more.
