Comment:

 Seems that everything has been updated, ''libmp4v2'' is ''1.5.0'' and
 ''mp4v2'' is ''1.9.1'' so '''rmsfisher''' request should be satisfied,
 dependencies has been updated in r56688, mpeg4ip has been restored as
 '''jmr''' requested.
 Closing ticket as the initial issue is solved.
