 I set following envvars

 configure.env                   PHP_PREFIX=${destroot}/lib/php
 PHP_CONFIG_PREFIX=${destroot}/etc/php.d

 for PHP and following for Python
     configure.env                       PY_PREFIX=${destroot}

 But I still have the warning
