Comment:

 Added pecco in r78035 with these changes:

  * since the distfile name doesn't contain the version, put it in
 dist_subdir; see PortfileRecipes
  * indicate version of GPL in license field
  * tweak long description
  * use a patchfile instead of reinplaces
