 The attached patch makes the following changes to netclasses-framework:

  * update to 1.06
  * rewrite homepage and master_sites to avoid redirects
  * actually use bzip2 distfile as had originally been intended
  * use rmd160 and sha256 checksums
  * use frameworks_dir
