 Mercurial 1.7.3 has just recently been released. One of the changes in
 this new release is to warn users when it can't verify an SSL certificate
 over HTTPS. MacPorts can use curl-ca-bundle to configure a default CA cert
 store.

 I'm attaching a patch that implements the update and configuration of the
 CA certs. The patch also sets the license field to GPLv2+.
