 You forgot, however, to remove this message from the portfile:

 which isn't an issue anymore since you incorporated D. Faure's patch to
 kdelibs4.

 In case you've have 2nd thoughts about it, since a user might have wrong
 permissions from installation attempts in the past, then you might
 consider changing the wording from "will not start" to "might not start
 due to erroneously wrong permissions" or something like that.

 (Haven't yet done any testing concerning the actual issue of this ticket.)
