 ocamlduce 3.12.0.0, compatible with the latest ocaml 3.12.0 which is in
 MacPorts, is available from ocamlforge. Attached is a patch that downloads
 that new file. But everything from the patch phase onwards needs to be
 fixed by someone who knows how this caml stuff works.
