 The configure for libkml 1.2.0 is broken, as it does not correctly detect
 SWIG 2.x.  A patch to the configure.ac file has been posted to the libkml
 site, but has not yet been included in the port.

 A manual patch of the configure.ac, running autoreconf, then port install
 libmkl generated a correct install.
