 UIDs < 500 are reserved. Not setting RealName is precisely how you stopped
 an account from showing up in the GUI in past OS X versions BTW. We need
 an answer from someone at Apple about whether (a) this is working as
 intended in 10.7 (users don't show up in 10.6 after all), and if so, (b)
 what the preferred way to hide them is now.
