 On second thought, I don't think this is a bug in parallel. Rather, it's
 because of the privilege dropping that's new in MacPorts 2.0. When running
 as user macports, the build still tries to use semaphores in
 $ENV{HOME}/.parallel which in my case is owned by me and not world-
 writable. If I chmod ~/.parallel to 777, the install succeeds. The new
 version still fails.
