 I looked at the cstdarg file and it appears to be associated with the gcc
 installation.  THere is a directory in /opt/local/include called tr1 and
 the file is in this directory as well as in /opt/local/include.  Not sure
 why port thinks it did not install it.  It must have been installed with
 my gcc45 installation.
