 So you're having trouble connecting to our rsync server. Has this worked
 before?
  If not, are you able to access any other rsync servers?
   If not, is it possible rsync is blocked on your network?
    If so, you'll have to find another way to sync your port tree. See
 [wiki:FAQ#selfupdatefails] for more.
