 This error message already told you how to fix it. Either use the same
 variants you used before, or clean before trying again with different
 variants.

 > Error: This may be a bug in the archcheck portgroup.

 More likely, your /usr/bin/lipo command is wrong. Several times, we've
 seen /usr/bin/lipo inexplicably replaced by older versions not designed
 for Snow Leopard. See #24825 and #23343.
