Comment:

 We don't intentionally break builds on ancient OS versions, but we only
 support the last two releases (10.6 and 10.7).  I don't even test on 10.5
 any more, let alone 10.4.  If you want to provide a patch, please email it
 to me (or reopen with an attachment).
