 The problem you're describing was solved in #31332 by fixing
 {{{kdelibs4}}}.[[br]]
 Since your first log indicates that {{{kdelibs4}}} and {{{skrooge}}} are
 now outdated, could you please confirm which versions are currently
 installed on your system?

 }}}
