 OS: Mac OS X 10.7.2 (Lion), Xcode: 4.2

 When I try to use precompiled headers with gcc44 or gcc45 (didn't try
 gcc46) the compilation fails with error: had text segment at different
 address

 gcc44 and gcc45 was installed with:
 sudo port install gcc44 configure.compiler=apple-gcc-4.2

 I've attached set of files to reproduce the problem.
