 If i Try this command without the -e option on the start,

 sed -i  's# -lltdl$# #' -e '/^LIBS =/s# = # = -lltdl #' src/Makefile

 It does't return with a error.

 But if i run make. it stops with the same error:

 make[2]: *** No rule to make target `-lltdl', needed by `librdf.la'.
 Stop.
 make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
 make: *** [all] Error 2
