Comment:

 One of your flat receipts is corrupt. There isn't really anything that
 could be done about this automatically. You can either try to fix or
 remove the receipt (which will almost certainly orphan some files), or
 [http://guide.macports.org/chunked/installing.macports.uninstalling.html
 uninstall] MacPorts and start again.
