 The build failure you got occurred because I forgot to commit ghc-
 bootstrap. I triggered a rebuild after I commited that and it went through
 just fine ([http://build.macports.org/builders/buildports-snowleopard-
 x86_64/builds/10173 SL Buildbot], [http://build.macports.org/builders
 /buildports-lion-x86_64/builds/3770 Lion Buildbot],
 [http://packages.macports.org/ghc/ Package Server]).

 I can still turn parallel builds off, if you want.

 > Let's do it reasonably quickly because without cabal-install (hs-cabal)
 ghc is useless for real development.

 I'll also try to have a look tonight or tomorrow.
