 No, that is not why; that error is irrelevant; the earlier error is the
 one to pay attention to:

 Per wiki:FAQ#missingxcode, this means Xcode is not installed, or not
 installed properly. Or, per wiki:ProblemHotlist#xcode43, if you are using
 Xcode 4.3, it means you need to update to MacPorts 2.0.4.
