 Since the latest 10.7.4 OS X update, when I press the Hotkey and type any
 text, the Quicksilver UI is not responding with any visual feedback.
 However, it is still working under the hood because if I type, e.g. "ctrl-
 space app[return]" it will open up the App Store - it just doesn't show
 anything.

 This bug effectively makes Quicksilver impossible to use. I can only hope
 that it is fixed upstream, in which case please update the port.
