Comment:

 I'm happy to add PHP extensions to MacPorts, but I would prefer if they
 are either hosted on PECL, or else have a downloadable tarball of source
 code and a corresponding version number. If you can ask the php-libev
 developers to create a tag in their github repository for version 1.0 or
 whatever version number they have released, then we can use that.
