Comment:

 The problem is the recent update of `libcdio`, which stopped shipping the
 `paranoia` part that installed this header previously. Instead, this
 header is available in `libcido-paranoia` from https://github.com/rocky
 /libcdio-paranoia. The fix would be to create a port for that (and hope
 it's API-compatible, and if it's not, wait for mplayer2 upstream to
 adapt).
