New description:

 Hello, I've found an issue that may be identical to Ticket #37055 but I
 wanted to post my main.log file. When running

Comment:

 Thanks for the log. Note that the 404 error when fetching packages is
 irrelevant to this issue; when packages aren't found, it fetches and
 builds the source, and it's that source build that's failing here, and
 what we want to investigate.
