Comment:

 JIKES=/usr/bin/jikes is set in files/powerpc-unknown-osx-gnu. This also
 sets RVM_FOR_POWERPC=1 and RVM_FOR_32_ADDR=1, so I doubt the port would
 work on anything but ppc32 even if a dependency on the jikes port were
 added and the /usr/bin/jikes changed to ${prefix}/bin/jikes.
