 I have gotten this far after reading/following ticket #36453 and changeset
 98739

 My installation has been more successful and runs until the following
 error

 --->  Configuring gnuradio-qtgui
 Error: org.macports.configure for port gnuradio-qtgui returned: configure
 failure: command execution failed
 Error: Failed to install gnuradio-qtgui
