 The oracle-instantclient library crashes in 64-bit mode on Lion and up;
 see #31521. I've verified this crash with php-oracle and TOra so I assume
 other ports including soci-devel are affected too. Therefore this patch
 makes soci-devel build 32-bit on Lion and up when the +oracle variant is
 selected. I'll be doing similar patches for other ports using oracle-
 instantclient. Let me know if the patch looks ok and I can commit it for
 you.
