Comment (by mojca.miklavec.lists@…):

 I forgot to mention that this is a maintainer patch (without commit
 rights). From my perspective it is ready to commit, but I'll be grateful
 for any additional testing and feedback. I only tested the port on Lion so
 far, but there haven't been any substantial changes since version 4.6.0.

 Before anyone asks, here are a couple of explanations. The following
 patches have been removed because they were all included in 4.6.1 sources:
 {{{
 patch-upstream-wxt-scroll.diff
 patch-upstream-qt.diff
 patch-configure-qt.diff
 }}}

 There is a new patch
 {{{
 patch-docs-Makefile.in.diff
 }}}
 to fix a syntax error in makefile/shell script (installation works without
 the patch though, but it should end up upstream one day).

 The patch {{{patch-configure-aquaterm.diff}}} contains minor differences
 (different line numbers and minor differences in autogenerated
 {{{./configure}}} script). A minor patch to get transparency working has
 been fixed upstream (the last item in the old patch).

 The file {{{patch-upstream-compilerwarnings.diff}}} contains some patches
 that have already been fixed in trunk, but weren't included into 4.6.1.
 The file only fixes some compiler warnings, but the port would still work
 without that patch.

 (Known issues include #35879, but I haven't received any further feedback
 on that, so I'm reluctant to patch it until at least somebody else
 complains and leaves feedback.)
