Comment:

 Are you really running MacPorts 2.2? Run "`port version`" to find out. The
 log shows you are on Leopard and are using gcc 4.0, but as of MacPorts
 2.2, the default compiler on Leopard should be gcc 4.2. If you're not on
 MacPorts 2.2 yet, please update by running "`sudo port selfupdate`" twice.
