 What are the permissions of
 `/var/folders/k0/nfgrqrs52gv8qd3z483664kw0000gp` and
 `/var/folders/k0/nfgrqrs52gv8qd3z483664kw0000gp/T`? I've recently had a
 similar case that caused my builds to slow down considerably. Removing
 `/var/folders/k0` fixed that in my case, maybe you could try that (it's
 only a temporary file after all).

 I wouldn't expect that to cause the mismatch, though. Can you (just to
 double check) provide the output of `file /opt/local/lib/libatk-1.0.dylib`
 and `port -v installed atk`?
