 At 11:55 I pressed R in the EPG on a program scheduled to start at noon.
 You can see it being scheduled. At 11:59.25 you can see the standard
 rescheduling that takes place just before a recording to avoid bumping
 into LiveTV ( I was not watching at the time) but then that's it. 12:00
 passes with nothing in the log. In the UI for upcoming recordings it still
 shows as "Will Record" and then vanishes after the end of the program. It
 is not in the recorded table in the database but still remains in the
 record table with all zeros for next_record,last_record.
