 I just had this issue with py27-hgsvn, and resolved it in the same manner
 Angelo did.  It would be really nice if instead of just dumping the errors

 Error: py27-distribute is obsolete, please install py27-setuptools instead
 }}}

 and then

 Error: org.macports.uninstall for port py27-distribute returned: Please
 uninstall the ports that depend on py27-distribute first.
 }}}

 MacPorts could explain that the actual solution is to reinstall the
 relevant ports, or better yet, handle the issue itself.
