 I tried to build {{{netcdf-fortran +universal}}}, but it set off a cascade
 of rebuilds of dependencies, ending in an error (#39016), so I cannot
 reproduce.

 Maybe something like this is needed?

     configure.args.delete   --with-netcdf-module-path=${prefix}/include
     configure.args.append   --with-netcdf-module-
 path=${prefix}/mod32/include
 }
 }}}
 But, should it use mod32 or mod64?
