 Let's wait to hear from Dennis to see if he's OK with maintaining this.
 Another certificate bundle that would be useful is the OSG CA Bundle
 (http://software.grid.iu.edu/cadist/), this is a superset of the IGTF
 bundle and is used on the Open Science Grid, we use this bundle at work.
