 Isn't py24-mutagen specific to python 2.4?  Why would it hold back
 anything for newer versions of python?

 I ran in to the error doing an `upgrade outdated`, so I assumed it was
 needed by something I had installed.  It turns out it's a leaf on my
 system, so I don't have any reason to keep it, it just seems odd that I'd
 be required to remove it.
