 rsync: failed to connect to rsync.macports.org: Connection refused (61)
 }}}
 tells us there is a firewall between your location and our main mirror
 that refuses rsync connections. You need to talk to your network
 administrator or read wiki:FAQ#selfupdatefails. There's nothing we can do.
