 The attached Portfile.diff updates the pdb2pqr package to the new 1.9.0
 release which is now rewritten in python. The package uses a local copy of
 scons for building and testing. However the install is done manually
 because the scons installation is hardcoded to install compiled python
 scripts into destroot which will produce files with the wrong embedded
 path.
