 harfbuzz-icu build fails with this error:

 /libharfbuzz_la-hb-blob.Tpo -c hb-blob.cc  -fno-common -DPIC -o .libs
 /libharfbuzz_la-hb-blob.o
 cc1plus: error: unrecognized command line option "-std=c++0x"

 I am not sure if complier complains about extra "-" in --std=c++0x.
