 The definition is in `modules/core/include/opencv2/core/core.hpp`,
 included from `modules/core/src/precomp.hpp`, included as `precomp.hpp`
 from the file that fails to compile, so I'm not sure why it fails in the
 first place. Seems like there might be something g++ 4.2 doesn't support.
