 Why are you installing this from source? You're just going to make more
 headaches for yourself in the future. If you want to install petsc4py,
 just run:

 {{{
 $ sudo port install py27-petsc4py
 }}}

 As for getting dolfin to use this, I tried but there was an error in the
 build last time I tried (about a month ago). I could try again but it will
 probably have to wait until a new release of FEniCS. If you can get it to
 work you can email the macports mailing list and cc me letting me know.
