Comment:

 Yes, we really should automatically assign tickets to the right maintainer
 for a port instead of expecting them to figure it out themselves. There
 was talk on one of the mailing lists about building a trac plugin to do
 this...

 As for the actual bug, sounds like a missing dependency in the texlive
 package database. We can fix that manually.
