New description:

 I tried installing kile on my Macbook pro Mac os x 10.9.4. I downloaded
 Macports, installed Xcode and wrote the command:
 {{{
 sudo port -v install kde4-kile
 }}}

 The error i got was at Configuring x264.
 It says "No working C compiler found".

 Please help.

Comment:

 What does the config.log say?

 Common reasons for errors like this would be that you didn't install the
 Xcode command line tools (run "`xcode-select --install`" to install them),
 or that you didn't agree to the Xcode license agreement (run "`sudo
 xcodebuild -license`" to do that).
