Comment:

 Committed in r121356 with these changes:

  * the reinplace wasn't really doing what you meant it to; replaced it
 with a patchfile and setting PREFIX and INCPREFIX in build.args
  * removed need for post-destroot file renaming by specifying EXT in
 build.args
  * fixed documentation directory name to not include version number by
 specifying docsubdir in build.args
  * fixed livecheck
  * some whitespace changes
