 Sorry about forgetting to use email addresses. I edited the wiki
 howto/Upgrade page to explicitly mention to use email addresses.

 Also sorry about the diff file format, I forgot that I have an alias for
 git diff. I have attached a new patch.

 Hopefully everything is OK now.
