 But it's also true that I haven't heard about any GSOC student being
 interested in that. (But we'll know that in 11 days, and the final
 decision in one month.)

 I tried to look into it a couple of times, but I'm always stuck at the
 point where I figure out that there is simply too much work to do to just
 prepare a basic port, even before bumping into any compile errors. Unless
 we get a GSOC student work on that, it would be nice if anyone who does
 anything at least "publishes" the partial work.

 I'm currently testing a few things with an external installation of Qt,
 but it would be really nice to have Qt 5 available in MacPorts.
