 The attached patch fixes the libfdk-aac +universal build for
 i386+ppc[+ppc64].  It no longer requires overriding cppflags to build on a
 ppc Mac.  ppc/ppc64 is also now optimized similar to i386/x86_64,
 approximately doubling the encoding speed on a Power Mac G5 running OS X
 10.5.8.
