 Here's what I see when I try to configure the latest bzr Emacs from
 source:
 {{{
 $ ./configure
 [...]
 configure: error: The following required libraries were not found:
      libjpeg libgif/libungif
 Maybe some development libraries/packages are missing?
 If you don't want to link with them give
      --with-jpeg=no --with-gif=no
 as options to configure
 }}}

 I have the {{{jpeg}}} port installed.  Any advice?
