 Seems the arch setting is set to each character in x86_64 (arch=x, arch=8,
 arch=6, etc.) instead of to the string.  Sorry I don't know how to fix it.

 Not a problem in @
 sudo port activate   py27-pyqt4 @4.10.3_2
