 "Inspired by" #39383, I tried to fix `gtk2hs`, but there are a bunch of
 issues:
   * the homepage has been changed (I fixed that)
   * sourceforge contains only old versions, so both `master_sites` and
 `livecheck` need to be fixed, but I didn't try to understand the modified
 build instructions (it might not be a trivial patch)
   * the instructions on http://www.haskell.org/haskellwiki/Gtk2Hs/Mac
 should be updated
   * the `x11`/`quartz` variants in the ports are completely broken and
 need to be fixed
   * the list of dependencies might need a review
